Andre Koh

Founder & Principal Consultant

Andre has over 30 years of experience as a leader, coach, facilitator, and teacher. His areas of specialisation are leadership development, team building, executive coaching, organisational learning, change management, systems thinking and crisis management.

Andre served with distinction as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces for 25 years before retiring in 2005 with the rank of Colonel. Before the end of his service, Andre was the Army’s internal consultant for Organisational Learning, Leader Development and Knowledge Management. He spent the next 7 years in the shared services and outsourcing sectors before establishing Serve2Lead Pte Ltd in 2012.

In his training, facilitation and consulting work, Andre has demonstrated ability to create a safe and engaging environment where people uncover deep insights through collective thinking and inquiry. His skilful use of conceptual frameworks helps challenge assumptions and expand thinking.

Andre is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. He has a Masters degree from the University of New South Wales and Graduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Organisational Learning from Singapore Institute of Management and Singapore Civil College respectively. Andre is a certified executive coach, adult educator, TetraMap facilitator and Porsci change management practitioner.

Dennis Mark

Principal Consultant

Dennis has more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and has held various senior executive positions in regional strategic business units, sales and marketing and human capital functions. Dennis believes strongly in leading change ahead of the curve to seize the time and space for strategic impact and business results.

Prior to being a consultant, Dennis served as the VP and GM of Solutions and Services for HP Inc Asia Pacific, where he led the Regional HQ with diverse multi-cultural teams. With talent development as a strategic pillar, Dennis served as mentor, executive coach and teacher in a Talent Development Programme for the pool of MDs and executives.

He specialises in leadership and organisational development, career planning, change management and business continuity. Dennis also serves as a council member with GLC Consultants, providing business subject expertise at a global knowledge platform supporting critical research and business decisions.

As part of his community service, Dennis is presently serving as a member on the Singapore Red Cross Council as well as Deputy Director of Red Cross Youth. He is the Lead Adjunct Lecturer for Humanitarian Response Studies at the Singapore Polytechnic.

Dennis served his National Service as an officer and has both broad experience in both instructional and command. He holds an Engineering Degree (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and an Executive Diploma in Board Directorship from Singapore Management University-Singapore Institute of Directors. He also attended an Executive Development Programme, General Management by Stanford University-National University of Singapore.

Edward Tang

Senior Consultant

Edward has more than 30 years of cumulative experience in journalism, corporate communications, foreign relations and business management. He started his career in the Singapore Foreign Service in 1985 and was Political and Economic First Secretary at the High Commission in India and the Embassy in Thailand between 1988 and 1994.

In 1985, he joined Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) in 1995 as Assistant Foreign Editor and was the Thailand Correspondent at the Bangkok Bureau between 1997 and 2003 covering Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. He was also broadcast reporting for MediaWorks during this period.

Edward joined the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sport as Deputy Director, Corporate Communications and International Relations in 2003. Between 2004 and 2006, he was commissioned by PSB Academy to develop the inaugural Mass Media Studies Diploma Programme and was also engaged by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs to conduct regular training workshops in media relations for senior Thai diplomatic officers bound for overseas postings.

Edward re-joined SPH in 2006 as Head of Special projects of the Out-of-Home Media subsidiary and was promoted to GM in 2008 where he spearheaded new revenue streams in Digital Out-of-Home advertising and events management. He helmed this business unit for the next 11 years. Tapping on his media communication experience, he is able to help brand owners conceptualise and execute award winning marketing campaigns as well as online media campaigns.

He is currently engaged by a foreign Digital Out-of-Home media company to conduct market study and to set up a local operation in Singapore. Edward is also an Adjunct Lecturer in Humanitarian Management Studies at the Singapore Polytechnic.
